A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed after order has been made and processed.
Items may appear as "pre-shipment" or "in-transit" for several days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, Baby Fangs no longer has any control of the package. You will need to get in contact with USPS for any questions, concerns or file a claim if package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
We only accept returns within 3 solar days of receiving your item, so please inspect upon delivery. All items must be in original packaging and unused and free of debris and scent. We do not accept returns on commissioned or customized items. If the item is being returned, buyer is responsible for purchasing the return label except for product defect or if item(s) received are incorrect.
